Fidelis begins leasing first apartment complex, announces more to come
HOUSTON – Fidelis Residential has begun leasing its first apartment project, with three more complexes underway within the greater Houston area.
Leasing has started at Fidelis Cypresswood, a 12-acre garden-style apartment complex on East Cypresswood Dr. between I-45 and Hardy Toll Rd.
Started in August 2020, the three-story complex has 287 units with rents ranging from $1,300 to $2,120 a unit.
Fidelis is working on three other apartment projects across the metro.
The 317-unit Grand Central in Conroe will be part of Fidelis’ 336 Marketplace retail center within Johnson development Corp.’s Grand Central Park master-planned project. Work started a year ago and will finish up in June.
A 278-unit apartment complex within the Westlake Marketplace shopping center in Atascocita will break ground the first week of March.
Groundbreaking on a 350-unit apartment complex at Fry Rd. and Longenbaugh Dr. in Cypress is next month.
All three complexes will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 715 to 1,439 sf.
