ALLEN – High Street Residential has partnered with Principal Real Estate Investors to build The Montgomery, a 370-unit multifamily development.
Located on 7.7 acres at 1280 Montgomery Blvd., the five-story building will total 314,728 sf and have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a fitness center, dog park, business center and co-working lounge, package room, micro-market, clubroom, and pool.
JHP Architecture is designing the project, and Andres Construction is the general contractor.
Construction will wrap by the end of 2022.
