SwRI adding 69K-sf facility to its SA campus

SAN ANTONIO – Locally based Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) is building a 68,761-sf office at its 1,500-acre headquarters campus at 6220 Culebra Rd. 

Construction on the $34 million facility begins this month and will wrap up in November 2021. 

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. is the general contractor. STG Design is the architect. 

SwRI added 260 acres to its campus earlier this year.
