SAN ANTONIO – The Lynd Company and the San Antonio Housing Authority have broken ground on Culebra Crossing, a 327-unit apartment complex at 7106 Culebra Rd.
The $50 million community will reserve 164 units for residents earning up to 80 percent of the area’s median income.
Amenities will include green spaces, dog parks, and pools.
Construction will be complete by fall 2021.
