DALLAS – M2G Ventures has converted the former Dallas Can Academy at 4621 Ross Ave. into an office building.
The three-story, 50,000-sf space has been renamed Bogart. A coffee shop was added to the facility.
Law firm Savrick Schumann Johnson McGarr Kaminski & Shirley LLP is the first tenant.
