DALLAS – Veritex Community Bank is taking 26,418 sf space inside a newly remodeled high-rise office building at 12750 Merit Dr.
The tenant will move into the new facility in October. The office is about seven miles from Veritex’s headquarters at 8214 Westchester Dr.
NAI Robert Lynn Co. and NAI Partners brokered the lease.
