DALLAS – J. Small Investments and Lyda Hill Philanthropies are redeveloping the 600,000-sf Pegasus Place tower and surrounding 23-acre complex into a mixed-use office campus.
The project will include a conference facility, fitness center, food service operations, and outdoor areas with patios and walking trails.
More than 150,000 sf of offices will be earmarked for social-impact, nonprofit, and philanthropic tenants that will get subsidized rent. Another block will be set aside for biotech firms.
GFF is the architect. The general contractor is Scott + Reid.
Opening is set for early 2021.
