AMARILLO – The city is replacing the historic Thompson Park pool at 2400 N. Polk St. with the area’s largest public aquatics site.
The new pool will have a lazy river with a capacity of 220 guests, cabanas, and a main pool area large enough for 400 guests.
Opening is set for May 2021.
