Instructor training is mandated for TREC-approved instructors desiring certification to teach the six hours of Legal Update and Ethics MCE. This instructor training course and certification will expire December 31, 2009. New Legal Update and Ethics courses are being written in 2009. Instructor training for the new courses will be conducted November- December, 2009. The new Legal Update and Ethics courses will go into effect January 1, 2010. Cancellation Policy: Call 979-458-4773 to request a full refund by May 12, 2009. Refunds requested after May 12, 2009, will incur a $20 Cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after May 18, 2009.

At the seminar’s conclusion, the TREC Legal Update MCE course will be offered to real estate licensees.
