Houston: 438-Unit Serrano sold for $24.6M
(Multifamily : Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown) 11/12/2009

(Houston, Austin) - Los Angeles-based Post Investment Group has acquired two assets from foreclosure.

Post acquired the 438-unit Serrano Apartments, 14723 W Oaks Plaza St., Houston, from Special Servicer ING for $24.6 million.

The L.A. company also bought the 300-unit Longhorn Station Apartments, 2005 Willow Creek Dr., Austin, from Principal Global Investors in a deal valued at $5 million.
