NCTCOG industrial starts 3Q 2009
(Industrial : Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington) 11/9/2009

According to the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), developments began construction on 1,224,000 sf in third quarter 2009. The NCTCOG also reported that 1,633,581 sf of industrial space was completed during 3Q 2009.

The following projects were started in 3Q 2009:

  • (Mesquite) - Capstar Commercial and Cambay group began 680,000 sf of renovation for 3000 SkylineDallas located at 3000 Skyline Drive. The renovations for the data center are estimated to be complete spring 2010.
     
  • (Irving) - The 400,000-sf Dallas Cowboys Merchandising began construction at 2500 Regent Blvd. Bandera Ventures plans for the distribution center to be completed spring 2010.
     
  • (Lewisville) - Billingsley began construction on Orthofix, 144,000 sf of flex space. The property is located at 351 Tittle Drive and has an estimated completion date of summer 2010.
