According to the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), 1,633,581 sf of industrial space was completed in third quarter 2009. The NCTCOG also reported that developments announced during 3Q 2009 totaled 1,224,000 sf.

Completed projects included the following:

• (Denton) - The 491,571-sf Aldi Distribution Center was completed at 2500 Westcourt.
   
• (Arlington) - Panattoni completed Forum 303 Crossing Bldg A. The 140,830-sf warehouse is located at 2241 Forum Drive.
   
• (Arlington) - Forum 303 Crossing Bldg B was completed by Panattoni. The  365,180-sf warehouse is located at 3201 Arkansas.
   
• (Grand Prairie) - The 636,000-sf warehouse, Grand Lakes Distribution Center, was completed by Crow Holdings. The development is located at 3845 Gifford.
