The City of El Paso issued a $25.1 million commercial building permit for the construction of Hueco Club East Side Villas and Casitas.

According to the architect, Fugleberg Koch, the complex will consist of 431 units in 41 buildings. The complex will be located at 3700 Hueco Valley on the East Side of El Paso.

The contractor is Bohannon Development.
