Good Market Conditions for BCS Renters
(Multifamily : College Station-Bryan) 11/3/2009

COLLEGE STATION (The Eagle) – Bryan–College Station apartment occupancy decreased between the first and third quarters, while rents have slightly increased, giving potential renters an advantage.

The average area occupancy rate of apartment units fell from 94.3 percent in the first quarter to 93 percent in the third, according to Apartment Realty Advisors.

Average rent increased 0.35 percent during the same period, bringing it to $866 for a unit averaging 844 sf.
