Liberty Returns to Central Green
(Mixed-Use : Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown) 5/20/2008

HOUSTON (globest.com) – Liberty Property Trust will seek LEED certification for the tenth building in its 290-acre Central Green Business Park.

The Pennsylvania-based company begins work in July on the 159,600-sf office and industrial project, which is being built on spec. The building, estimated to cost $7.5 million to $9 million, will be completed by next March.

Liberty Vice President Joe Trinkle said the company is already planning buildings 11 and 12, which will complete the business park. Construction on the 200,000-sf building 11 will begin in the fourth quarter, and the 500,000-sf building 12 will follow in second quarter 2009.

Central Green Business Park is at Beltway 8 and Hardy Toll Rd.
