(McKinney) - Fore Property Co. has opened its North Texas' eco-friendly multifamily community. Greenhaven is a Class A community located at 8690 Virginia Pkwy.

Greenhaven contains 216 one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 675 to 1,362 sf. In addition to the ten residential buildings.

The community was designed to be up to 20 percent more efficient than multifamily properties built just as recently as 2004.

Construction is complete for the clubhouse and the first residential building. Completion of the entire project is expected in February.
